No. I’m accustomed to photographing occupied homes and properties that aren’t perfectly staged. I don’t provide physical staging, but virtual staging is available for suitable vacant rooms, and I can often remove distracting objects during editing. Lawn replacement is also available when dormant, patchy, or weather-damaged grass detracts from an otherwise strong exterior photograph. Remove personal items and small distractions where practical, open blinds and curtains, turn on the lights, turn off all fans and ceiling fans, and secure pets. The property does not need to be perfect; the goal is to let the rooms and their strongest features read clearly in the photographs.
Yes. I regularly photograph occupied homes and work carefully with what is there. Advance notice helps me understand which rooms matter most and whether object removal or another editing option may be useful.
Professionally processed photographs are usually delivered within 24 hours, and no more than 48 hours. I’ll confirm the expected delivery time before the appointment.
